Hardy Sign Design provides graphic design, print production, signage, vehicle graphics, and related services. All work is subject to mutual agreement on scope, pricing, and timeline before production begins.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices may vary based on changes in scope, materials, or specifications after the initial quote. We will communicate any price changes before proceeding.
All projects require client approval of a proof before production. Once you approve a proof, Hardy Sign Design is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof. We encourage careful review of all proofs.
Payment terms are established at the time of the quote. Large projects may require a deposit before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion and delivery of the finished product.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom design work created for their project, including source files. Hardy Sign Design retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Hardy Sign Design's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
